Recently, the official website of the Huawei Cloud INSPIRE Creator Conference disclosed the keynote agenda, which will present a complete technical chain around Agentic AI: from underlying computing power and infrastructure, extending to model training and reinforcement learning, then to enterprise-level agent platforms and security systems, and further expanding to industry applications and ecosystem co-creation, forming a systematic capability system that runs through the entire lifecycle of Agentic AI.

At the infrastructure level, Huawei Cloud, centered on its "Silicon-based Black Land" strategy, may release new Agentic AI Infra products. Judging from the officially presented information, Huawei Cloud will continue to strengthen its AI computing power foundation through software-hardware-chip synergy, providing efficient support for agent operation and large-scale inference. It can be seen that the focus of Agentic AI infrastructure is no longer just on improving computing power performance, but on optimizing overall efficiency and scheduling capabilities for the agent era.

At the model and platform level, Huawei Cloud will continue to improve one-stop model training and inference through ModelArts, supporting the growth of hundreds of models in diverse forms. Simultaneously, through the model reinforcement learning platform, it will optimize the adaptation between large models and industry scenarios, solving the last-mile problem of enterprise AI implementation, making model capabilities more engineering-oriented and sustainably iterative.

At the agent level, Huawei Cloud will launch the enterprise-level agent platform AgentArts. It is reported that this platform will support the entire process of enterprise agent development and enable the transition from experimental applications to production-level operation, building a controllable, governable, and scalable enterprise-level Agent system.

At the same time, Huawei Cloud is also strengthening its AI security capabilities. The upcoming release of "AI Confidential Computing" may indicate that it is building a full lifecycle trustworthy assurance capability covering training, inference, and agent operation.

At the industry application level, specialized areas such as Embodied Intelligence, Smart Healthcare, Smart Manufacturing, and Scientific Computing, referred to as the "Industry AI Dream Factory," will be further implemented, welcoming the first batch of enterprises, hospitals, institutions, etc. The release of the "Hundred Models, Diverse Forms" partner plan also indicates that Huawei Cloud will continue to improve AI ecosystem construction, helping enterprises scale up AI applications.

The conference will also announce the "Huawei Cloud Code Path University Teaching Practice Plan," focusing on AI Coding and Agent development to accelerate the construction of the next-generation developer ecosystem and complete the closed-loop linkage from technology to industry to developer ecosystem.

Overall, the core signal released by this agenda is very clear: Huawei Cloud is using Agentic AI as the main thread to reconstruct the AI technology stack and industry implementation methods, shifting from a "model-centric" to an "agent-driven" approach, and building an engineering capability system covering infrastructure, model and agent development, security, and industry applications.
