Politically charged social media creates moral panics that oppose each other… The polarity is basically an ongoing attack on leadership of the opposing ideological armies… The merit based conservatives versus the identity based liberals… Those gladiator games are managed by another level of competition, the American empire versus the globalist empire coalition of Russia/China/European oligarchy. That’s another drama that has its own morality play new cycle, but it’s harder to understand. The best way to keep the empire in check is to have a certain number of the population willing to call them out on their abuses.
