Rolling out with the latest app update and over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be adding and updating new experiences in [Fitbit’s personal health coach in Public Preview](https://blog.google/products-and-platforms/devices/fitbit/personal-health-coach-public-preview/). Here’s what you can expect: * A more flexible coaching experience with personalized, weekly fitness plans (Premium only) so you'll now get customized weekly targets and tailored workouts based on your goals – an update based on your feedback in Public Preview. The ability to adjust your plan, targets and workouts is also coming next week. * Step-by-step guidance for workouts recommended by your coach. * Personalized messages throughout your day in the Today tab, including morning moments, post-workout summaries and end-of-day or end-of-week updates. * More natural ways of checking-in with your coach for updates by tapping the Ask Coach chat. * And a revamped [Sleep Score](https://blog.google/products-and-platforms/devices/fitbit/fitbit-personal-health-coach-updates-2026/), which started rolling out yesterday, so you can better understand your rest and get a more transparent view of how your score is calculated.
