Professor Lin Dahua is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Director of the Cross-Disciplinary Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, and a Co-founder, Executive Director, and Chief Scientist of SenseTime, concurrently serving as a Leading Scientist at the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIT in 2012. His research directions cover computer vision, deep learning, large models, and generative artificial intelligence. He has published over 300 papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals, with over 90,000 citations and an h-index of 131. Professor Lin won the 2010 NeurIPS Best Student Paper Award and led his team to win awards in multiple international computer vision competitions. He has been consecutively listed in Elsevier’s Global Top 2% Scientists for five years.

He initiated OpenMMLab and promoted the development of the Shusheng large model, the OpenCompass evaluation platform, and the DeepLink open computing system, with DeepLink winning the “Outstanding AI Leadership Award” at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in 2024. In 2026, he received the “Bank of China Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Award” in recognition of his systematic innovations in the fields of computer vision and multimodal intelligence. Deng Yafeng

He has long focused on enterprise modern application architecture, data, and AI capability building. He is responsible for leading a team of technical experts to provide guidance on cloud product and open-source solution technical practices, and is committed to the application and promotion of Amazon Web Services' full-stack services in the Chinese market.

Shen Yujun

Chief Scientist, Ant Lingbo Technology

Shen Yujun currently serves as Chief Scientist at Shanghai Ant Lingbo Technology Co., Ltd., and also leads the Interactive Intelligence Laboratory at the Ant Technology Research Institute. He earned his Ph.D. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with research focusing on computer vision, generative models, spatial intelligence, and embodied intelligence. Qiu Xipeng, a CAAI Fellow and recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, primarily researches large models, agents, and applications in scientific engineering. His academic papers have been cited over 40,000 times, and he has received five Best/Outstanding Paper Awards at high-level AI conferences. He serves as Deputy Director of the CAAI Natural Language Understanding Professional Committee, Deputy Director of the Chinese Information Processing Society's Large Models and Generation Professional Committee, and Director of the Shanghai Computer Society's Natural Language Processing Professional Committee, among other roles.
