This interview was great; many of my friends' ideas were validated. 1. The stronger the AI, the busier the people. Every's staff doubled last year. 2. AI automation created new jobs: management automation. 3. Each Agent needs one person to take care of it. 4. The truly successful model is for the entire company to share one Agent, with a dedicated person maintaining it, and then later differentiate into personal Agents. 5. The CLI era is over; GUI is the main battlefield. 6. SaaS won't die; Agents will bring more users to it, and Dan now buys SaaS stocks. 7. Embedding AI into SaaS is the wrong direction; it should be the other way around. 8. PMs and full-stack designers are entering their best era. 9. AI is just an excuse for layoffs, correcting over-recruitment. Large-scale unemployment won't happen, but those not using AI will be replaced by those who do use AI; these two things are not contradictory.
