财报发布当日，Mobileye还宣布推出最高2.5亿美元的股票回购计划，以部分抵消股权激励以及今年初收购Mentee Robotics所带来的股份稀释。公司在2月初完成对Mentee Robotics的收购后，现金余额减少约5.91亿美元（已扣除被收购方持有现金）。 Mobileye的增长仍主要受益于全球各等级汽车智能化趋势的持续推进。该公司一方面通过ADAS和L2+级辅助驾驶系统扩大规模化出货，另一方面布局Robotaxi和L3级自动驾驶等更高等级产品。随着SuperVision和更高等级自动驾驶产品逐步进入量产阶段，公司未来收入结构也有望进一步向高附加值产品升级。 ****Mobileye********2026财年第一季度业务亮点**** * 围绕 Mobileye Drive解决方案、MOIA和大众 Buzz车型构建的Robotaxi生态系统在本财年第一季度取得显著进展。三月，大众汽车集团和 MOIA 宣布在大众汽车集团汉诺威工厂启动该车型的量产前试制。MOIA宣布奥兰多为其首批无人驾驶落地城市（与Beep合作），并已与优步（Uber）合作在洛杉矶启动道路验证测试。目前，已有超过100台搭载Mobileye Drive的ID.Buzz高等级驾驶自动化车辆，在6座城市（美国洛杉矶、奥斯汀、奥兰多，以及德国慕尼黑、柏林、汉堡）的公共道路上开展路测，后续还将扩展至挪威奥斯陆。公司认为，Mobileye Drive技术在市场竞争中具备显著的可规模化扩展优势，期待2026年全年持续高效推进各项落地工作。 * 基于EyeQ6 High的SuperVision系统首次搭载于预量产车型在美国完成上路运行。系统完成超2000公里非规划路线行驶，在城市、城郊、高速路况及恶劣天气下均达成平均无故障间隔时间（MTBF）目标，性能优于对标系统。 *
