People need to seriously stop, self obsessing over health. These channels are making a fortune out of your insecurities. If you want to be healthy and actually enjoy life, not spend your days self obsessing, then Get quality sleep. Move regularly, Drink water keep away from processed foods, and use recreational products respectfully and in moderation. That's it. You will live as long if not longer and more importantly, be happier than those falling into the traps these channels create.

What makes Sinclair's supplement stack particularly striking when viewed through the centenarian data is that almost every compound he describes was being delivered through food in the populations with the longest documented healthspans — without any awareness of the mechanisms involved. The spermidine he takes as a supplement exists in natto at concentrations among the highest ever measured in any food — the Okinawan centenarians consuming natto several times weekly were getting consistent spermidine delivery that stimulated the autophagy pathway he describes. The berberine as natural metformin alternative finds its food equivalent in the bitter melon — goya — that Okinawan centenarians consumed several times weekly and that activates AMPK through the same pathway berberine targets. Sinclair is describing the mechanisms. The centenarians were living them through breakfast.

I threw away all my resveratrol when I was told by a reputable doctor that it was based on a FAKE study in Spain in the 90's and that it can give you some SERIOUS LUNG problems! And, yes, I was experiencing some weird symptoms in them when I threw them out.
